Initiated a Special Crosswalk Project in Montoursville to include a light sequencing system imbedded in the pavement on each side of the crosswalk which will enhance the presence of pedestrians. Project is PennDOT funded and is the first in Pennsylvania

Originator of the Streetscape Project in the 300 block of Broad Street and was successful in securing $40,000 from the private sector as the Borough’s share for the project
